These classes are especially helpful for beginners. We offer a gentle approach to yoga, incorporating elements of Vinyasa and YogaFit styles. This approach provides a mild cardiovascular workout as well as gentle challenges to increase flexibility, strength and endurance. Classes will also focus on breathing and relaxing the mind, allowing students to flow with ease through the yoga poses. Modifications are given according to students' needs.
Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to check in and ensure your spot.
Have A Ball is a stability ball class that is for every body.
A slightly more intensive Have a Ball yoga class happens every Thursday at 6pm.
We will be focusing on: Yoga poses and stretches that promote flexibility and balance; Strength exercises that will help to shape and tone all muscle groups; and Cardiovascular movements that will build up endurance. The ball is a great way to exercise and make your workouts fun!
