Please take a moment to review practice policies prior to scheduling your appointment.

  • arrivals


    Please make every effort to arrive to your appointment on time. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a brief intake form.  Appointments begin and end on time.  If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your session will be expected.


  • cancellations

  • Please honor our staff  by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $25 per scheduled service. This is simply something we must do to ensure business and we appreciate your understanding of the matter. Should an unforeseen event prohibit you from keeping your appointment, please call the office as soon as you are able so that we can reschedule.

    • groupon clients

    ALL Groupon offers are available for NEW CLIENTS ONLY. If you have previously used a Groupon for a spa service (whether it was a gift to you or you purchased it) and you have a new Groupon, you can apply the amount paid for the new Groupon to your spa service, and you would just pay the remaining balance when you come in. Alternately, you may contact Groupon for a refund.

    • new clients

    A credit card may be required to guarantee your 1st appointment and reserve that time for you. A $25 fee for each service will be charged on the card for clients who "no-show" or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period.
