Group Breath Sessions

Some of the benefits experienced through this conscious breathing process are to improve our physical well being, release emotional burdens, and experience insights into our lives.

In these sessions, there will be an introduction to Transformational Breath®, a demonstration of the breathing process, and everyone will breathe.  There will be a cool down at the end. No experience necessary. Call Jane 401-450-4172. Each session is complete on its own. In other words, you can come to either or both sessions.
